1. You need 7oz. of Grains each day
2. Whole Wheat
3.Whole Oats/Oatmeal
4. An example of 1oz. would be; 1 slice of bread......1 cup of ready-to-eat cereal
Vegetables:
1. You need to have 3 cups of vegetables a day
2.Broccoli
3. Sweet Potatoes
4. Legumes
5. White Potatoes
6. Cabbage
