1. You should have 2 cups of fruit a day

2. An example would be 1 cup of fruit or 1 cup of 100% fruit juice

3. Raspberries

4. Apples

5, Oranges

Oils

1. Limit your oils to 2Tbsp.

2. Canola Oil

3. Nuts

3. Avocados

4. Mayonnaise

5. Salad dressings

Milk

1. You should have 3 cups from the Milk group daily.

2.Cheese, Yogurt
